Warranty

American Home Solutions (“AHS”) warrants that all labor performed and materials furnished and installed by American Home Solutions and its qualified partners shall be free from defects in workmanship under normal use and conditions, subject to the terms and limitations set forth below.

This warranty applies only to labor and materials provided and installed by American Home Solutions and its qualified partners. Items, products, appliances, fixtures, or materials purchased directly by the customer are not covered under this warranty. Such items are typically covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, which shall govern any defects or claims related to those products.

For refacing projects, the warranty includes all labor and materials furnished and installed by American Home Solutions and its qualified partners. This warranty does not extend to materials or components not supplied by American Home Solutions.

This warranty does not cover, and American Home Solutions shall not be responsible for, damage or failure caused by:

Acts of God or events beyond the control of American Home Solutions, including but not limited to earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, fires, severe storms, or other natural disasters
Extreme environmental conditions, including excessive heat, excessive cold, humidity, or moisture exposure
Normal wear and tear
Misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorized alterations, repairs, or modifications performed by the customer or third parties
Structural movement, settling, or conditions related to the existing structure of the property
Damage resulting from customer-supplied materials, products, or design specifications

Hardware, appliances, and materials purchased by American Home Solutions are not typically warranted by American Home Solutions, as such items are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranties. However, American Home Solutions will reasonably assist the customer in coordinating warranty claims with the manufacturer for products purchased through American Home Solutions, where applicable.

At its sole discretion, American Home Solutions’ obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of defective workmanship or materials covered by this warranty. Under no circumstances shall American Home Solutions be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer and original installation location unless otherwise required by law.
